Processing time for personalized products
For personalized products, such as custom-made items or those requiring additional production time, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping it out. We take great care to ensure that each personalized product meets our highest quality standards.
As soon as your personalized item is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
