Prices

All the prices are in euros- €. The tax is already included in price. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the online store pinedecor.com. The company reserves the right to daily changes in the prices without prior notice. Regular prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. In the event that the price information is incorrect or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while trying to find a solution that will be to the mutual agreement.

Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an email notification from pinedecor.com confirming receipt of your order in the queue. You will typically receive an email notification within 5 minutes after placing an order, but this may be extended due to different email client settings.

  • Spletna trgovina, Jaka Škrlep s.p. reserves the right to reject the order in case the item is no longer in stock. In case of ambiguity, verification of data, or provision of correct delivery, we can call you on the phone number you entered in the "My Account" area or when placing an order.
  • We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. You will also be notified to your e-mail address. In case you have ordered goods that cannot be shipped within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you about the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address.

After receiving the purchase price, we will complete your order and send you an invoice by e-mail within 2-5 days.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order without any extra charges until your order isn’t shipped out. If you want to cancel order you can send email to info@pinedecor.com. Please write “Order Cancellation” in subject and in the message include order reference, your name and your last name.

Saving an order or contract

Delivery

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with GLS / DPD / Pošta Slovenije or through our own delivery service. Purchased goods are usually delivered within 2 to 10 working days, unless otherwise indicated. Please keep in mind that Holidays or weekends may extend shipping times. In the event that the order cannot be delivered within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you about the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address. In the online store pinedecor.com we want to please all customers, so we deliver the purchased goods anywhere in the European Union. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be notified of the location of the package receipt via notification.

Delivery price

When you buy online, our system automatically calculates the current delivery price based on the weight of the ordered products and your location. Prices vary from country to country.

Right to withdraw from the purchase

In the event that you wish to withdraw from the sales contract or purchase for any reason, you can notify us within 14 days that you are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for your decision. In the case of a return of goods, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract, except in the case of payment by card, if it has not yet been charged. In the case of a complaint, the same procedure applies to the above, in which case we offer you either a replacement product or a refund.

Warranty

Products have a warranty if stated on the warranty card, invoice or advertising message. The supplier of the product guarantees the quality of the product or flawless operation within the warranty period if you use it in accordance with its purpose and the enclosed instructions. The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer. The period in which the supplier provides the customer with repair, maintenance of goods, spare parts and attachments against payment is at least 3 years after the expiration of the warranty period. Home repairs are not possible (except for white goods) due to the complexity and non-portability of modern service equipment and the availability of spare parts. The seller is not qualified for technical assessment of possible defects and thus cannot decide on the replacement of a defective product without the opinion of an authorized service center.

Complaints

The company is aware of the importance of complaints, so we try to resolve them in the shortest possible time and to mutual satisfaction, and in any case in accordance with the legally applicable provisions.

Claiming factual errors

  • reimburse the full amount paid;

If the existence of a defect in the product is not disputed, we will satisfy you as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. We will also respond to you in writing within 8 days in the event of a dispute regarding the existence of an error.
