All the prices are in euros- €. The tax is already included in price. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the online store pinedecor.com. The company reserves the right to daily changes in the prices without prior notice. Regular prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. In the event that the price information is incorrect or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while trying to find a solution that will be to the mutual agreement.

In case you have ordered goods that cannot be shipped within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you about the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address.
After receiving the purchase price, we will complete your order and send you an invoice by e-mail within 2-5 days.

Right to withdraw from the purchase

The period in which the supplier provides the customer with repair, maintenance of goods, spare parts and attachments against payment is at least 3 years after the expiration of the warranty period. Home repairs are not possible (except for white goods) due to the complexity and non-portability of modern service equipment and the availability of spare parts. The seller is not qualified for technical assessment of possible defects and thus cannot decide on the replacement of a defective product without the opinion of an authorized service center.
The company is aware of the importance of complaints, so we try to resolve them in the shortest possible time and to the mutual satisfaction, and in any case in accordance with the legally applicable provisions.
Claiming factual errors
